Hello all.
At one point, long time ago, I think I knew how to do this. But age is a terrible thing...
I have a blank book cover and I want to superimpose two images (one for each cover) so that it looks like it is an actual book with a cover.
I have attached the empty/blank book cover and the two images for the two separate books.
Can someone place show me how to do this...??
I will be much obliged.
This album on imgur.com has all three images: imgur.com/a/pkgUn
Here are the individual files: imgur.com/PhEMhHu (cover 1)
imgur.com/Be4GkP3 (cover 2)
imgur.com/ypVkYsj (Blank book cover/template)
Thanks again.

Ok, appreciate the response. Will take a look at the instructions more thoroughly. Seems complicated for a noob like me...

Have you tried using Transform Distort to angle the image you want on the books?
This is the basic way to do this.
1) Put your book cover image on a layer above the book. 2) Then on the Image menu choose Transform / Distort. Shortcut = Ctrl T then right click on image and choose Distort. 3) Line up the corners of the image, etc. over the book. After lowering the opacity on book cover image.
For advanced use of blank books use the link in Billie Jeans post.

2) Then on the Image menu choose Transform / Distort. Shortcut = Ctrl T then right click on image and choose Distort. You can also take this route -- Image>Transform>Distort -- without having to right-click on the image.

Thank you all again. I have tried the shorter of the two methods and it works nicely for my immediate needs.
Will try out the longer method shortly and ask here for help if I get stuck.
Thanks again.
All the best.
