Hi could somebody please give me the numbers for latest version of Impression 1 and for Topaz Texture Effects. I am having trouble with both of these. I checked the latest on Topaz as told to do when needing help; Impression #1 I have V 2.0.4 Updated Aug 24 2016. Texture Effects I have V 2..1.0 Updated Oct 28 2016. Thank you. Storm

Sepiana I have double checked my versions again and every one is correct except for Texture Effects. It should be V 2.1.0 but when I bring up my Texture Effects it shows at the top left side V1.1.1. How do I get that update now ,it came out Oct 28/2016?
Simone the problem was with Impression 2. When I hit Filter the list shows Impression #1 which I have , but it also shows Impression #2 which I do not have . I by mistake hit yes for Impression #2 then I could not close the program. I had to Force close Impressions #2 & for some reason Texture Effects had to be force closed as well. Thank you both for your help. Storm

Hi Storm,
To download the new version of Topaz Effects, as Sepiana said, use her link, but remember that you need to sign into your Topaz account first in order to be able to download the latest version for this product.

That was not my experience. I didn't need to sign into my Topaz account. I just clicked on the Download button and I was given the option to run or save the .exe file.

I didn't need to sign into my Topaz account. That seems to be true, although it is helpful to login first. You will then see only the products you have purchased and your license keys should you need them. I have inadvertently downloaded a product I hadn't purchased and ended up wasting some time.

Storm, I am going to jump in and address this issue.
I am not sure this will fix the problem but . . . you may want to uninstall the Impression plug-in via the Control Panel (Start>Control Panel> Programs>Uninstall a program> . . .). Then, make a fresh download and proceed with the installation. Anyway, if the problem persists and you need to submit a ticket to Topaz, there is a very good chance that Joe Fedric and Co. will begin the troubleshooting by suggesting you uninstall and reinstall this plug-in using a fresh download.
