C is for creepy, crawly. Saw this snake crawling through a bush while on my walk this morning. I think it is a Diamondback Water Snake. Dangerous to frogs and small fish. kdcintx, and you saw it with the eyes of a photographer. Amazing capture! WOW!

No creepy crawlies here but we do have lots of cheeky chickadees. One of the easiest birds to photograph as they are not usually very shy and you can get close with a camera. Tony Tony, what a shot! Hope you gave him/her a model's fee (black oil sunflower seeds?). The diagonal line created by the rope/cable really adds to the composition. Great DOF as well!

C is for Canada Geese, which I photographed yesterday during my morning stroll in our local park.
Dennis
Dennis, great composition and beautiful colors! I love how you captured the Canada Geese swimming diagonally across the image. It intensifies the feeling of "motion". Well done!

. . . CLX Mark, beautiful composition! Our eyes are drawn to those siblings (the same way they seem to be drawn to your camera). Great job!
CLX? I think I know what it means but . . . I am not going there.

Coins and Crayons what more could you want.... Frank, two beautiful images! Great composition and spot-on focus! It would be hard to pick a favorite one.
I could want . . . Carnaval (the real one, Brazilian style) and a couple of caipirinhas.

Coffee and a Cookie (makes me want to sing C is for Cookie....) Andy, great capture -- up close and personal, sharp! I love how you went for a portrait-orientation. Well done!
As a side note -- Your shot had me running to Starbucks for a Cascara Latte (Venti size) and an oatmeal cookie with raisins and dried apricots.

Helen, great capture! This is definitely confidence with a capital C and boldfaced. She exudes confidence from head to toes. Hope you are giving her a copy of this image.

C is for Churchill. His magnificent statue stands on the green in Westerham, Kent, near to his beloved home, Chartwell.
Brenda
Brenda, great finding! Sharp image/clear details. And the history behind it? Priceless! I love how you usually incorporate history into your shots. Keep up the good work!

C is for COLOR. This photo is a small section of one of my wife's quilts. Bob, perfect entry for this week's theme. I love how you captured the lines, angles, and colors of the quilt. Your image has an "abstract" look. It would look great framed and placed on the wall.

Thanks for your comments Sepiana. CLX is 160 in Roman numerals, all the mother's are numbered and their lambs are given the same number as their mother. Both of these lambs had 160 on their flanks so I knew they were siblings I had to cheat and convert to Roman numerals to fit the theme!

That's what I thought you had done. That's the only C (CLX) I could see in your image. Very original! It made me smile. C = 100 L = 50 X = 10 > 160
