Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo this week that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. This challenge is all about getting you out there (or inside) with your camera and shooting something you perhaps wouldn't normally photograph. Have some fun experimenting!
The rules are simple.
Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. Your photo(s) should be taken during the week of the theme. You are allowed to do some photoshopping.

I'll let someone else do cars. ;-)
C is for cactus. Keeping in mind this is Portland and we've already had close to 9 inches of rain this month alone, C is also for contradiction.
Thanks for the theme Sepiana.

C is for creepy, crawly. Saw this snake crawling through a bush while on my walk this morning. I think it is a Diamondback Water Snake. Dangerous to frogs and small fish.

No creepy crawlies here but we do have lots of cheeky chickadees. One of the easiest birds to photograph as they are not usually very shy and you can get close with a camera. Tony

C is for Canada Geese, which I photographed yesterday during my morning stroll in our local park.

C is for Churchill. His magnificent statue stands on the green in Westerham, Kent, near to his beloved home, Chartwell.

C is for Captain James Cook birthplace museum. The house he was born in stood very close to here in Stewart Park, Marton. And until recent years - North Yorkshire.

Thanks for the theme Sepiana. Bill, no cars? I was looking forward to some zoom-zoom-zoom! Think Mazda MX-5 Miata! Great shot! Perfect focus/DOF! I love how you took this shot (angle/perspective).

C is for cute clown in a ceramic cup with crocodile handle. Jackie, great finding! This image does lend itself to multiple interpretations of " C is for". Well done!
