How do I get the "Adjustment Button" to appear in PSE as shown in this image? I have Elements 15 Thank you!  upload to album |

All those icons appear in PSE 13 and 15 when you are in Quick mode not Expert mode...I don't know of any way to bring them into the Expert mode.

Each one of the three editing modes in Elements comes with its own sets of buttons/icons. The reason you can't move them from one mode to another is because they were designed for the specific mode they are in. That's the way the Adobe Designing team created them.
As a side note -- Those buttons/icons are also a feature in Elements 11, 12, and 14.

Thanks a lot for the kind words but . . .
1) I am not a "real encyclopedia of knowledge". I would need a calculator to tally all the things I don't know.
2) No one is indispensable. We have many members who would be able to "fill my shoes" and do it well (and better).
