Hoping that Spring will soon arrive reminded me of this Motion Blur tutorial that I found fun to try on tulips. Although it says that it is written for Photoshop, I could follow all the steps using PE 11 without need to watch the video aimed specifically at PE users. I added a texture and frame for this one:

This looks great Helen. I have been flat out in bed with flu and pneumonia for the past week, so haven't been able to do much. But, now that I am starting to feel better will give it a try within the next few days.

Users of Elements 15 can do the same thing as shown in the tutorial by using Guided mode - Fun edits - Speed Pan.
