I'm not sure where this goes but I'm working on a slideshow that has a photo frame template. I'm trying to resize a picture that it would fit into the template frame. I tried resizing in PSE and took it way down but it still was too big for the frame. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

There is no limit to resizing an image smaller in PSE.
