Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo this week that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. This challenge is all about getting you out there (or inside) with your camera and shooting something you perhaps wouldn't normally photograph. Have some fun experimenting!
The rules are simple.
Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. Your photo(s) should be taken during the week of the theme. You are allowed to do some photoshopping.
NOTE:
This week’s theme is NOT about capturing a subject depicting Green as the predominant color (or the only color). It is about Green as it relates to your efforts or your community’s efforts to . . .
- Protect Mother Earth from environmental harm. - Live a life which is environmentally responsible. - Preserve our planet’s non-renewable resources. - Etc., etc., etc.

Thanks for such an important topic for a theme Sepiana. We're enthuiastic "tree huggers" out here, and are surrounded by options to live a greener life. One of my commitments is to mass transit, and look ... there goes my streetcar now! Ah well, I'll catch the next one.

Bill, you really got this challenge to a great start. Your image is perfect for this theme. And, being a "tree hugger" myself, I love it.!!!

It was all for a good cause -- the WP challenge. Thanks! Hope you caught the next streetcar!

Lots of people and other creatures visit this man-made pond.

kdcintx, great example of Going Green. I love how you displayed your entry in a Storyboard format. Well done!
I am curious. How hard was to take all the shots to create this effect?

Well, these fine feathered cockatoos certainly decided to go green this morning to the point they were eating it!

Sydney, nice interpretation of this week's theme. I know nothing about cockatoos but I am sure their eating of "green" eventually helps protect Mother Nature by keeping the cycle of life going.

Out in the garden, I just noticed the solar panels on my house roof.
