Are Windows 10 and PE13, compatible?
My friend is going to get a new pc. So we want to find out before she purchases it.

If nobody knows, then maybe I could get pointed in the right direction to find out.

Same here! I've got PSE 13 and PSE 15 on Windows 10 with no issues! In case you're wondering why, I just never got around to removing 13 after installing 15!!
