Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo this week that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. This challenge is all about getting you out there (or inside) with your camera and shooting something you perhaps wouldn't normally photograph. Have some fun experimenting!
The rules are simple.
Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. Your photo(s) should be taken during the week of the theme. You are allowed to do some photoshopping.

Jackie, what an intriguing image! Autumn leaves definitely float. I love the bold colors! You should hang this on the wall.

A couple of shots taken this morning during a stroll in our local park - nothing floats better than a duck, large or tiny.

Dennis - those are very cute photos. Look at those ducklings - synchronized swimming.

Root beer float! (Even though the root beer sank. and the ice cream floated.) Thanks Sepiana for the theme ... and the treat!

Dennis, great shots! I would be hard-pressed if I had to choose a favorite one. I love how they exude motion, particularly in the second shot, with the little ducks floating from the bottom of the frame. Well done!

Helen, great finding! I really like how you composed your shot. Our eyes just "float" across the image following the boats. Beautiful, sharp image!

"...lonely as a cloud, that floats.." I wasn't wandering further than the back garden to get this shot of clouds floating on the breeze.

Was at Niagara Falls this week and with the high water levels in the Great Lakes there is even more water than usual going over it - so it's pretty wild below the falls but the tour boats still manage to float close and get the tourists wet!
And this shot reminded me of that Muhammad Ali quote "Float like a Butterfly, sting like a bee" Tony

What beautiful pictures, Moto. With all those people, it is a wonder the maid doesn't sink.
