Elements 7 Editor Not Responding

Hi chrisco76, welcome to PSE&M!

I am not sure what is causing this problem. We may need more details to try to narrow down the possible "suspects".  Would you please answer these questions? Your answers will help take the troubleshooting in the right direction.

1.  Did you install any add-ons in Elements prior to this new development? Ex.:  brushes, layer styles, actions, etc.

2.  How are you launching the Editor? Via the Welcome Screen, from the Organizer, or via a direct shortcut?

3.  When you uninstalled Elements, did you also remove any residual files from the Registry (either manually or by using a third-party utility)?

4.  When you reinstalled Elements, did you do it as administrator and did you temporarily turn off your antivirus software?

5.  Prior to this new development, did you install any Windows 10 update(s)?
