Helen, beautiful, simple, yet a classic! Hang that image on the wall!

This fellow makes paper flowers and sells them for a couple bucks on the street corner. Here's a photo of him with a single example of his art in process. Thanks for the theme Sepiana!! Bill, great thinking out the box coupled with a great capture! I just keep going back to look at his face. He is so expressive; he exudes so much pride in his art. And the little single paper flower? It fulfills this week's theme and is . . . the cherry on the cake.

Haven't got a clue what the flower is. My favourite paperweight. I stood it on green paper. whippet, great idea for this week's theme . . . flower + paperweight + minimalist composition. Well done!

It's White! It's Large (about 10-12 inches dia.) and very pretty! Wayne, great capture! I love how you brought up the ridge details on the petals of the hibiscus. The play of light/shadow further enhances this image.
I love this flower. It is very common in Brazil (just like that special coffee you and I are so fond of).
Glad to see you back in this challenge. Looking forward to your continuing participation!

I hope this counts. I am trying to master (have a loooong way to go) waterdrop reflections. Here's one flower in my drop. Judy, it does indeed. What a capture! A flower in a water drop! I can't let this image go; I just keep going back to it. Great job!

Hold on to those Brazilian Coffees until I post the next challenge. Come back tomorrow and see what I mean. (BTW, I had two of those coffees last night! Saturday Night Live!!!)

The sun came out today and this pansy from my garden seems to be smiling in reply.

Dennis, you indeed captured this pansy's smile. Great shot -- sharp, detailed, colorful, spot-on focus, and great DOF. Another job well done!

ust starting catching up having missed a few weeks. Here's a solitary Heavenly Blue Morning Glory. Have to catch them in the morning or they're gone - just made this one in time! Tony

Tony, great shot! You did capture the beauty of the Heavenly Blue Morning Glory -- azure petals and bright white/yellow eye. A timely shot too! Waited a bit longer and . . . those petals would be curling.
I was wondering where you were; glad to see you catching up. You have company! I am doing it too!
