A Template is just a guide to try to get the ideas flowing to make a scrap page so here is another one I came up with. You see here some squares – these can be any size, colour and orientation on your page The flowers can be any kind mixed together in a shape or cluster of your choosing. The heart is just a little fancy addition – it could be a star or any other shape you like or a combination of shapes. The TITLE speaks for itself really but you can investigate the different Text effects under the Graphics tab >By Type>Text. You can introduce any other elements you like into your page – you are limited only by your imagination and it’s FUN.

This is terrific. I will have a go at it in the next few days. Will definitely need to put on my thinking cap.

I thought I responded to this yesterday DUH - probably didn't hit 'post'
Lillias - I really love this - and sweet is the definitive word here.
I like the stacked papers as a background - always a favorite of mine. Your clustering adds so much, too. Another fine job.
I'll try to get something done today. Always enjoy your challenges.

Well, it took me an extra day, but here she is ... The colors a little off - it's a screenshot - and I forgot my cat logo

I love the ornate simplicity of this Jan as well as your choice of colours which are in perfect coordination with your images. The offset frame is nicely done and I like your edge effects as well.
I am still working on something for this challenge and today have been perusing the various backgrounds in PSE to find something to get me started. I didn't realise there were so many! The only problem is that when I click on one it has to download first before I can view it full size in the layers pallet. While it only takes about 15 seconds or so to download one, it can be time consuming when trying to get through a bunch of them.

The effects in PSE have a lot of limitations- that's why I get frustrated with them. However, it is nice that they at least have some. Remember, if you find one you like and its not the right color, you can use "hue/sat" to change the color. Also, you can blend two papers using blend modes.

Here is my entry which I think is better than my other one from the last challenge. I am learning a lot and used a PSE background, a graphic, a rainbow gradient clipped to text and 4 pics that I took at the Sydney Vivid Festival in May. Click on the image to see it in full technicolour.

Wow - that is just amazing. What fantastic photos.
I love your presentation with the theatre curtains and all. I am glad to see you have made some word art. I haven't used the gradient lately - it's really effective for your layout.

Sydney.....your presentation is a real show-stopper (pun intended)......your use of the gradient for the text was perfect for your pictures.

cats4jan Janice that’s a nice result for your page. Lovely sunsets and I like the little flourishes you have added and that ornate font. Commiserations for forgetting your little cat logo. Sydney The opera house takes centre stage here and is looking great…the technicolour text fits in so well too. You really have presented Sydney in Technicolour.

The little flourishes is a brush set. Unfortunately I do not remember where I got it.
