In my layout, I wanted to have shadows on all four sides of my block - not so much as shadows, but as a framing technique. First off - after I added the layer style "shadow" I wanted a heavier look. Remember when we talked about being able to grab the shadow from underneath your object and pulling it out from behind? www.photoshopelementsandmore.com/post/37469 Well, I did this and then wanted another 'shadow' on the other side. We all know shadows are meant to be like actual shadows, so it's a two sided deal - To get around that, add your first shadow - simplify your layer - then you can add another shadow in the other direction. You will have to change the direction of the shadow in the shadow menu.
