This Pano consists of 10 portrait images bracketed x 3. Each set of 0ev, -2ev, +2ev merged to panorama in LR, and the 3 panos merged to HDR in Photomatix 6.

Interesting to read your workflow for this image, Phil. Thanks for sharing.......I like your results. Thanks Helen. Even though I used Photomatix to merge the bracketed images, I only used the 'Fusion Natural' default settings. I'm not into the 'garish painterly' looks of some HDR conversions. I find sometimes the Merge To HDR in Lightroom can be little flat and bland looking. I've bought a new Panoramic Tripod Head and this was the first attempt with it. I love your 'Colter Bay Sunset' image by the way. For the likes of me on the other side of the pond, could you tell me where that location is?

It's in The Grand Teton National Park. It is one of a number of shots that I got in one glorious night. I want to wait till after we are home (Thursday) to process the rest on my desktop. I don't have Photomatix but am contemplating getting it.

Your explanation is double dutch to me, Scania, but your picture is, as always, fantastic. I too, loved Helen's sunset.
