The sort order menu is not showing anything for album order although everything I read suggests it should be there. As sorting in custom order is the main advantage of an album for me I am totally flummoxed. Please can someone help?

You mean that once you have selected an album, the drop-down menu does not show the custom sort option. Could you post a similar screenshot:  You must show the albums in the left panel An album must be selected (the option to show all must be visible) You should see the customer option.  |
