If Costco had a sale for PSE 2018, it probably happened in November, from just before Thanksgiving to Black Friday weekend. As a rule of thumb, authorized retailers of PSE don't offer sales at this time of the year. (They may have changed their promotion policies though.) If history repeats itself, we should be seeing sales of PSE 2018 in later spring or early summer, in preparation for the release of PSE 2019.
