I have On1 Photo Raw 2017 that I upgraded to from On1 10 in July this year.
As you maybe aware, Photo Raw 2018 (with some quite substantial enhancements) is due for release end of this month, but I wasn't sure if this was a free update or a new version that had to be purchased as an upgrade to v. 2017.
So I emailed ON 1 customer support to confirm the situation, as I had only had v.2017 for about three months, and received a very welcome reply (within about ten minutes) that basically said as a previous/current customer they have sent me a email with a free download link to the new v. 2018 when it is released at the end of this month.
So all I can say is 'well done to On1 customer service' !!!
