Yes, I heard about this. I'm sorry to hear they are going away from scrappers who do it as a hobby. There are so few resources of this quality for casual scrapping. I'm assuming commercial licenses raise the cost of kits because of the potential to earn money when one uses a commercially licensed kit. Higher cost for kits that one uses for fun can be a problem for some.
