Simple OOBI placed the frame on top of the flower in the large flower photo (two layers - frame and photo) -- I erased the frame where I wanted it to look like the flower was on top of the frame. I used a mask so I could "un-erase" if I made a mistake. It is necessary that the frame be a png with transparency

Lillias - this is just lovely. I actually see two different color palettes - one for the photo and the other for the surrounding area. They go so very well together. It's so eye catching.
I like that your out of bounds was more about erasing around the arm - and idea for those of us who do not have the patience for selection. Your method works just as well as a clean selection to give the feel of OOB.
