I'm wondering if anyone here is a subscriber of KelbyOne and would care to give them a quick rating (one star out of five or something simple like that?)
I had a long and good relationship with NAPP that went south quickly after their conversion to KelbyOne. I received an offer to rejoin at my old rate and am considering it, but I don't want to rejoin if they're still struggling with reliability and customer service issues. I miss all of the tutorials and rose-colored-glasses-me hopes they've rounded a corner.
Thanks in advance for any insights.

Hi Bill. I received the same offer and tried to gather some info. It seems that most of the top people, who were there when we were, are gone, including apparently Corey Barker. His tutorials always were my favorites. There is a site that leads to the courses: members.kelbyone.com/course-category/all-courses/They seems to be heavy on photography, which of course might interest you, but it does nothing for me. I’ve gotten much too old and decrepit to scramble around with a camera. I cannot find their Forum at all. If that is any good I might like to join again. Quite a lot of their tuts can be found on U-Tube. If you find out anything interesting I’d love to hear about it. Rita

Thanks Rita. So far all I'm finding is a lot of people who left for the same reason.
If I hear anything encouraging I'll be sure to share it here.

Bill, a long time ago I signed up for a free trial. However, when it ended, I didn't pursue a paid subscription. In those days I was not using Photoshop and I thought many of the tutorials would not apply to my situation. I guess they kept me in their e-mail list because I got an offer to join them. I don't believe I will though. I have been going to CreativeLive for my Photoshop/Lightroom "education". I am very satisfied with their webinars (free and/or paid).

Thanks Sepiana. As long as you've found someplace you're content with I sure wouldn't suggest changing.
I did go ahead an renew at my old rate. It's too early to know the value of the investment, but I'll say the site does seem to be reliably up. Mercifully I haven't had need to test the customer service yet.

Bill, keep us posted! I am interested in learning if their customer service has improved. I am still leaving the option to join KelbyOne open for grabs. However, I am a bit concerned about their customer service. There used to a lot of complaints about it.

Thank you, Sepiana.
creativelive looks like a good site. I wasn't aware of it and have bookmarked it.
