A friend has PSE 13. It does not have the clone tool installed. She was told by Adobe, that some have it, and some don't. We can't understand why. I don't suppose there is a program she could install so she can do cloning? It would save her passing things to me to do for her.  |

Virtually impossible, and I can't believe anyone from Adobe could have told her that. What does she see here? A screen shot of her tool bar would be an enormous help.  |

I wonder if she is looking for the Clone Stamp tool not in the Expert editing mode but in the Quick or Guided editing mode.

There is going to be a delay here. Her computer is having a rest as my friend is getting her room decorated this week.
She loaned me her user guide at the weekend. I have just had a look in it now, and on her page 16 there is the identical picture which you both have put here.
When her computer is back up and running, I will take a look for myself.
I can't imagine her not being in expert mode.
But, there again, she has been saying that she has joined the dementia club!!!
