I don't know of any such a BlendKit designed for Elements. Photomorphis BlendKits are all designed for Photoshop.

If you don't want to follow a tutorial to create a triptych effect from scratch, there are templates available. You can find the links to their websites in our Templates thread on the Goodies board.
