I just wanted to clarify and verify what I've discovered in my experience installing Elements on one computer but having more than one user account having access. Please let me know if your experience is different.
1. Edit-Preferences is unique to each user.
2. Workspace preferences and panel locations are unique for each user.
3. Loaded actions are unique to each user.
4. Upgrades and updated Camera Raw versions are common to all users.
5. Third party filters and plugins are common to all users.
6. Organizer libraries are unique for each user.
Have I missed anything?

Even though it is a single installation on a single computer, even with a dozen or more "user"s, it still just counts as one of your allowed two installations, right ?

I believe so, as long as it's only one user accessing the software at a time.
