This sculpture of an Indian Chief hails from Santa Fe, NM. Experiment and, most of all, have fun with it. Let your creative juices flow!

OK! I am going first. 
Used two textures -- one by Lenabem-Anna and one by Flypaper. The frame effect was done with the Scalloped Edge bevel.

I don't usually do these but here I am giving this a try again. I originally started out doing a displacement map....not happy with the way it came out, I kept looking to modify it. In the end I went to Topaz Impression and came back with this.... i.cubeupload.com/0iDOCn.jpg |

I took a simple approach: after sharpening to make him pop, I applied the new Panos "Interweaving Strips" action to the background. I also added a drop shadow to increase the separation from the background.  |

Love the black and white conversion and how you have blended it in to the background scenery which goes so well with this. |

Thanks Sepiana for this weeks EP Challenge. I went with a woodburn and carving effect. I didn't follow any tutorial. I just went with it. Good job everyone so far.  |

Decided to try a displacement mat tutorial from one of the last Be Creatives at EV (#382). I don't know if this is a particular Indian Chief but I found a quote attributed to Crazy Horse and used that on his head and shoulders. The quote is on the left as well.  Bayla |
