Hello, Haven't used pse . In years. I have 400 or so scanned images on a thumb drive, and cannot import with organizer. When organizer comes up there is no bar across thr top of page with file..import...to enter files into organizer. Pose is not auto detecting new photos. It's been a long time. I used to be able to import but now I am at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.
not really sure how to follow thread but will try.

I don't have this version of Elements but I believe this has to do with your monitor DPI. If it is set to anything higher than 96 dpi, the Menu bar won't be visible. All you see is that little dark triangle; it you click on it, the Menu bar will pop up. Here is how to fix this problem.

I have had the same problem for years and searched and contacted Adobe for help without success. I just gave up. Today I found this post on my daily visit, tried the solution, and my PSE9 is perfect ! Thanks Sepiana, you are truly a PSE genius.

zman, you are most welcome! Glad to hear that PSE 9 is now perfect. I can just imagine your frustration with the missing Menu in the Organizer.
Thanks for the kind words but I am no "PSE genius". I am just a "pack rat" when it comes to collecting information. It came handy in this case.
