What a great effect, thanks Frank for putting this together and for sharing your Action with the forum members! Here is my take, I ran Frank's action, changed the Stroke and Shadow of the layers a little and then ran the Oil Filter in PS.

This time I did the following tweaking.
- Applied a gradient, Overlay blending mode, reduced opacity. - Applied a gradient, Subtract blending mode, reduced opacity.

Frank, thanks for the comment! No, I didn't. The texture was part of the original image. Filter>Texturizer>Stucco2.

I have been experimenting, Frank. I added the door as an afterthought. I would have liked to put a frame round that too, but didn't know how to do it. I was going to make it a different colour to the others.
