Did this one for a challenge elsewhere... BG - texturelovers clean grunge Kit - Captivating by G&T This next one I was trying to see if I could do an allmost white page. Don't think I quite hit the mark! images from pngtree

Lillias, I love your second one.
This is an attempt at all or mostly white I made that grew out of the White-Space exercise we did some time ago. It's not much of a design and I'm not trying to compete with yours I was only trying out painting with nothing but drop shadows.

Oh that’s lovely Rita. YOU got ME going now… Don't think I'd ever have thought of doing anything like this. I had to think about how you might have done it and here is what I came up with. Perhaps you might share with us how you did yours because I’m not sure if I have done mine the same way! That is lovely, Lillias.
I tried various ways. All over just one white background layer. For the couple, a solid selection, I applied the drop shadow and set FILL to zero. For the rest I first used white brushes and applied the drop shadow. Then I found I could apply the drop shadow to the blank layer and apply white brushes to it. A one-click method.
I think I tried some other ways, but these were the ones I made notes on. It was a little while ago.

I applied the drop shadow and set FILL to zero. I think my brain has turned to mush but I can't find how to set the FILL to zero. Then I found I could apply the drop shadow to the blank layer and apply white brushes to it. A one-click method. I'm not understanding what you mean here. One way I've found is after applying the drop shadow then if I go to Styles > Visibility > and click on the space in the middle of the two icons that works.

I need to look at this in PSE. Did it n CS5. This reminds me of translating British into American.

Each one is more lovely and innovative than the last. You have both provided such clever and unique ideas to try. Thanks

This is the Fill Option in Photoshop. It seems there is no equivalent in PSE. Google was no help either. Maybe Sepiana is?
The white brush on a layer pre-set with the Style works fine in PSE 14. I added the standard butterfly brush at the bottom of the existing image.

OK thanks Rita. PSE doesn't have that particular FILL option so that's obviously why I couldn't find it but the Visibility thing I mentioned earllier works quite well.

That explains it very well. Thanks.
