Sometimes you use it pretty much as is - with minor tweaking - even using the provided embellishments...  |

Sometimes you go 'off the rails' and your finished product looks nothing like the template... If you look closely, you can see what I did-- First I turned photo 2 to portrait because that's the orientation of the photo I wanted to use Then I turned the journal tag around Then the 'hangers' just didn't seem to work Then the flowers and ribbon didn't seem to work (realize, those flowers/leaves/ribbon were supposed to be replaced by your own embellishments) After I removed everything, it was so plain, it needed a triple background Yes, I really did start with this template. LOL  |

These are gorgeous Janice. As you so rightly say a template is only a starting point and can be adapted to suit your own needs or imagination.
