BEFORE:
A bit of work in Elements where, among other minor enhancements, I replaced the sky, followed by a trip through Perfect Photo Effects where it got hit with "Strong Bleach", "Dynamic Contrast Grunge", and "Big Softy Vignette", then back to Elements for High Pass sharpening.
AFTER:
I am still having trouble with stray bits of the old sky clinging around the edges of everything, forcing me to do quite a bit of clean-up with the eraser.

Yay.. that's taking it to another level! Fantastic! I would make a mask and zoom in closely to make the transition between the sky and the train. Or use the clone tool on a composite layer.
