Hi Sepiana,
We (the ACP members) received the notice a few hours ago.
Now we can tell that Adobe had a gigantic project to create new pdf files for all their softwares.
The first batch is available, especially for Photoshop:

Captivate helpx.adobe.com/pdf/captivate_reference.pdf

Elements Organizer helpx.adobe.com/pdf/elements-organizer_reference.pdf

Illustrator helpx.adobe.com/pdf/illustrator_reference.pdf

InDesign helpx.adobe.com/pdf/indesign_reference.pdf

Photoshop Elements helpx.adobe.com/pdf/photoshop-elements_reference.pdf

Photoshop helpx.adobe.com/pdf/photoshop_reference.pdf

Premiere Elements helpx.adobe.com/pdf/premiere-elements_reference.pdf

All other pdfs will be released within the next two months.
Just as an example, the pdf for Photoshop is about 900 pages...

A small bonus tip to help for searches on the Web search engines like Google: insert the word 'helpx' in your search to get only official help papers from Adobe. For instance to search about slideshows in Elements, try: helpx, Elements, Slideshow.

This was indeed a mammoth of a project. Kudos to Adobe! I have just finished downloading the Help file for Photoshop. Exactly 960 pages!!!
