Both the Subtract and the Divide blending modes are specific to Photoshop; they are not available in Elements. 
Fortunately, you can replicate these two blending modes in Elements by using the workaround below.
Subtract -- Invert the layer (Ctrl/Cmmd-I) and change the blending mode to Linear Burn.
Divide -- Invert the layer and change the blending mode to Color Dodge.
