Elements 11.
I want to add a colour to the colour picker chart. But, haven't a clue how to do it.
I seem to recall something about putting the colour number somewhere. . . . eg - #ffd700. But I can't find out where.
What I did today, was download an image of the colour I wanted, put it on my open image in Elements, then use the colour picker tool on it.
