Does anyone know where I can find tutorials for premier elements? I was gifted a free copy so would like to be able to use it and have no clue how it works!

Hi Tina, there are many, many tutorials on Premiere Elements on the www via Google. Another option is to click the eLive tab when you start premiere elements. It has many premiere elements specific tutorials there as well. Photography is my main thing but I shoot a lot of video as well. Premiere Elements is the video editor I use. If you get stuck looking for something on the www, feel free to post your question here under "Other Software" and I will be happy to help if I can  |

bailey, thanks for your generous offer! However, as the focus of this forum is on Photoshop Elements, we, Mods/Adms, had made the decision that anyone looking for help with Premiere Elements should be directed to the Adobe Premiere Elements forum. Over there users of this program will get the timely and expert help they need from Grisetti and Co.

But I did say
which means that if the OP, or anyone else needing help on PE, doesn't get the requested help when they need it at the other places on the www or wherever, they could post here as a "last resort". I did not in any way suggest PE queries should be posted here first.
Your post implies, according to my interpretation, that members posting queries about PE (for whatever reason) on this web site and members trying to help them is at least frowned upon if not actually against the forum rules. Seems like a strange attitude to me, especially as imo the likelihood of being inundated with PE queries is very unlikely at the moment. But it's not my call and I can easily live with the administrators' decision. If any PE queries pop up, I will ignore them.
