Didn't know where else to put it. Background etc from Pixabay. My photos - taken today. My wellies. This is part of a Country Park, five minutes walk from my house. That area is about ΒΌ mile square. The beck, is about 15 feet in width . . . . normally. Sometimes the beck does flood, but I have never seen anything near as bad as this in 32 years of living here. Fortunately, nearby houses are uphill from there.

I love your rain layout. In my opinion, that's what digital scrapbooking is all about - daily life. Glad to hear no homes were flooded

Thank you Jan. I hadn't thought of it in that respect. Further along, is a field with stables and horses, and sometimes sheep. I know the horse owner. A few years ago, he got a bravery award for rescuing all of the sheep from floods. He removes his horses before the field gets too wet.

Thank you so much, Sydney.
BJ - In weather like this - and it is still raining - I keep to the pavements, so the rain washes my wellies. Just a shame the dogs can't wear them!!

Maybe, maybe not. There is more mud on my kitchen and conservatory floors, than there is in the garden. Waste of time telling my lot to wipe their feet.
