I now know that I have to write down what I did as someone will ask. I am sure it was a case of even a blind monkey finds a banana once in a while.
I think I started with either a round circle or a a square, Zigzag filter set to Amount=-100, Ridges=20, Style = Around Center. I'm sure the bevel and drop shadow add a lot.
