We moved to Tucson Dec 2017; made extensive changes to the inside (house sat 2 years unoccupied); then tackled the landscaping. I'm finally proud to say this is my house & home.

Both are in Arizona about 6 hour drive.

You have every right to be proud Pete, your new home looks beautiful.
The evening shot makes it look so warm and welcoming.
I am sure that you and yours, will be very happy there.
The chairs with stools look sooooo comfortable.
