I hadn't visited the site for a few days and now, with each page I visit, Malwarebytes warns me that this site has been blocked due to spyware.
I cannot grab a screen-shot of the warning, as it appears for only a couple seconds and then disappears.
I don't understand just how it can be blocked, as it lets me proceed normally; it just renews the warning with each page I go to.
Also, lately I have noticed that most of the sites I visit say "Secure Website" up next to the address bar; whereas, this site says "Not Secure"

I had the same happen to me when I installed the new version but had the one month free of the paid version. I just ignored it and it went away after the paid trial.

I hadn't visited the site for a few days and now, with each page I visit, Malwarebytes warns me that this site has been blocked due to spyware.
We have had reports of this happening. Andy, our top administrator/site owner has this explanation.
Often what triggers the alert is the banner ads that run. Try running an ad blocker and see if you get a different result.
Or, as Judy mentioned, it could be the Malwarebytes version being used. Peterj, a retired Internet Security Specialist, has this advice (concerning viewing images).

I was finally quick enough to read a bit more of the warning and underneath the big warning text in smaller letters it says "Domain: u.cubeupload"; so, maybe the warning is restricted to cubeupload.

. . . underneath the big warning text in smaller letters it says "Domain: u.cubeupload"; so, maybe the warning is restricted to cubeupload.
Please, check the thread below. Gabriel, the owner of CubeUpload, discusses such a warning. NOTE: It is a long-winding thread but these two posts pretty much say it all.
I am afraid this is not a CubeUpload problem; the culprit here is Malwarebytes. It could just be a case of "false positives".
I have a CubeUpload account and I use Norton Internet Security. I have just checked. No problem! No warning!
Hello all, and hello to BillieJean, I can confirm Sepiana is right, there isn't any risk malware is coming from our end. If you have any more information from Malwarebytes that you can share, I'd be glad to look try and get some more understanding on the problem. Hope that helps and thanks for using cubeupload Gabriel Cubeupload

BTW, if you check Peterj's thread (link posted earlier in this thread), you will notice that, according to his screen shot, he was also getting "false positives" concerning CubeUpload. The solution was to adjust the Exclusion settings on Malwarebytes. Here are the instructions.
Add exclusions to Malwarebytes for Windows
Hope this helps!

Hi Buckskin, ... I don't understand just how it can be blocked, as it lets me proceed normally; it just renews the warning with each page I go to. Also, lately I have noticed that most of the sites I visit say "Secure Website" up next to the address bar; whereas, this site says "Not Secure" On the rare occasions I get a similar warning (I haven't had one for pse&m yet), I automatically do an anti-virus scan on my computer for my own peace of mind. Even though the source web site of the warning might have had false alerts in the past, whatever it was that triggered your alert might or might not be a real threat now. The trigger could be a new threat running on the source web site unbeknown to the site's tech support. So my suggestion would be to ensure your ant-virus application is up to date and then run a scan on your pc.

BuckSkin, you are most welcome! If you are still concerned about this issue, you can send a PM to Gabriel, CubeUpload owner. As you noticed in that thread I mentioned earlier, he will go out of his way to help.

Thanks, everyone !
For what it's worth, just a couple days ago, I updated Malwarebytes to the most recent version and ran two immediate unscheduled scans, one with Microsoft Security Essentials and the other with the new Malwarebytes; both scans gave a clean bill of health.
When I updated Malwarebytes is when I started getting the spyware warning.
It's not like I went into a panic or anything; I was just curious as to what was going on.

Buckskin, it was a good thing you posted this thread. Thank you for doing go! I have contacted Gabriel to bring this thread to his attention. As owner of CubeUpload, he is better qualified to address this issue. Many of us use Cubeupload and are, undoubtedly, curious about what is going on.

One more thing I have noticed, ever since I started getting the warning, my avatar has disappeared. I cannot remember, but I may have used cubeupload to post the avatar.

One more thing I have noticed, ever since I started getting the warning, my avatar has disappeared. I noticed your avatar was not being displayed a few hours ago. Now it is back. I checked it using 4 different browsers (Edge, IE 11, Chrome, and Safari).

This is what I see. Try making a fresh upload of your avatar; it may fix the problem.
