Thanks Sepiana. I used Topaz Impression (4x4 Red Rock Artsy) and Topaz Texture with a bokeh texture in overlay mode.

I also have Topaz Studio/AI Remix. Which preset did you use? I find the background pattern mesmerizing (Hypnotic?).

The twigs and leaves are 5 different brushes with a gradient and textures applied to them individually. Low-opacity gradient background. Finished with Topaz Impression Chiaroscuro applied at 45% strength. Small Border set to Linear Burn Mode.
