My daughter just whatsapped me some pictures and I emailed them to myself & saved on my PC. When I try to open them in PSE14 I get the following error message....  Haven't a clue what it means....never come across this before. Can anyone help me? Bayla

Adobe has some suggestions here:
What I would do first, though, is try to open them in Paint (the simple image program that comes with Windows) - or any other graphics program- and then re-save as jpgs. Hopefully that will work.
