First Goldfinch we have had in the garden for three years but he did not come down to the feeders.

A good capture of a unique looking bird. We have plenty of goldfinches around here, but they look nothing like that. Our goldfinch males are bright yellow with black wing tips; the females are more dun colored. They are a light green color before turning yellow; I think they do this color change every year.

You sure have a lot of different visitors to your garden . I think I'll start feeding after the Martins leave, as always a great shot.
