Noun (plural ladies) plural form of lady. Taken from 'your dictionary.com' As far as I know - lady's means something belonging to a lady. (singular).

Hi whippet,
You used the possessive form in your thread title "Man's best friend" so I assumed you wanted the possessive form in your layout as well, but not sure if you wanted the singular or plural form.
