Hi Peter, I don't know about PSE versions after v14, but yes in v14 the Curves adjustment is limited but still useful for broad adjustments. Personally I prefer to use the Levels Adjustment Layer for tone adjustments, but that's another story  . However Elements + does provide the same Tone Curve functionality as described in the video you posted. The extra feature I find useful in the Elements + Curves adjustment is that the histogram of the image is displayed in the background of the Tone Curve grid/panel. |
