A few years ago I used either Wordle or Tagxedo to create beautiful word clouds to use as backgrounds in scrapbooking pages such as this:
But now I find I can't use either program, I think because of some sort of incompatibility with Windows 10 (how I rue the day I changed from Windows XP!) or something to do with not being able to use because my browser(s) not able to use Java. I would really appreciate any help from someone who could point me in the right direction of being able to make use of either or both of these brilliant applications! Bayla

Bayla,
A few years ago there was a big security problem with Java. The general recommendation was to disable this plug-in and, if you really needed it for a project, to temporarily enable it. If you want to enable Java on Windows 10, you can do it (as pointed out in the link provided by BillieJean). You just can't do it with Edge, the default browser; you will need IE 11. The information below from the Google WordleUsers Group confirms it.

Thanks.
Sepiana, your first link was the easiest solution - I just dl Java & opened in Internet Explorer (which is on Windows 10 if you know where to look!) Was able to use both Wordle and Tagxedo.
Thanks,
Bayla
