Panos has a sale on a new version of his Cartoons & Pop Art action. It's 30% off (comes to $13.23 US). Use the discount code "ACME".
I gotta say, this is the best-looking version of a cartoon effect I've seen.

I gotta say, this is the best-looking version of a cartoon effect I've seen. I quite agree. I also have the 2017 version of this action; this new version is quite an improvement. Thanks, Panos ! You rock!
Here is my first "playing" with this action.

Panos includes a short manual with the action. In it, he points out that it's easy to create caricatures by combining his actions with PSE 15's Adjust Facial Features facility...

Thank you very much!
A couple of instructions, that will help you produce better cartoons:
1. Make sure you load a photo whose size is in the range from 3-8 Megapixels. I prefer to resize the largest size of the photo (width or height) to ~2500 pixels, when the action asks me if I want to change its size.
2. Prefer photos taken from a short distance (e.g. portraits of people, animals); avoid photos taken under hard light conditions; avoid photos where the subject is blurred.
Kind regards Panos

Nothing like a Panos' action to brighten up three days of non-stopping thunderstorms.
- Ran the Cartoonizer action. - Ran the Collage action (Pop-Art Touches).
