Came across part of the shortlist today for this annual award.
These photos are amazing (one could say out of this world - pun intended!), my personal favourite is the first one shown, the ISS crossing the sun. I love watching the space station come overhead and we have been lucky enough to see it for a full 5 minutes when the British Astronaut Tim Peake was on board (we are Brits living in Canada, so it felt really special to us!). Just to imagine that this spec of floating light contains humans and a ton of equipment is just mind boggling to me.
