What a fabulous week it's been in the Gallery! Hope you enjoy my picks, I'll let you in on a secret, it wasn't easy, but my eyes kept coming back to these favourites -
dandc - The lunchtime spot - What a shot!, I can only imagine being in the near vicinity of this largish looking bear in his treetop hideout.
fotofrank - Tulip twist - I would have this enlarged and hanging on my wall in a heartbeat, love the colours and the how the elements almost appear to be dancing to some unknown beat, possibly a chacha, but that's just my take... Sydney - a walk through the arcade - great subject and I just love all the golden tones and how they contrast against the starkness of the foreground and glass skylight above.
pontiac1940 - Sunset rain shower...Alberta - a beautiful landscape caught at just the right moment, all those crisscrossing hills and peaks in the distance and golden light with dark clouds providing plenty of drama in the skies to come. IOW drjorogers - On my way - Such a cute subject and so wonderfully presented, home is in her sights and you've caught her motion in such lovely detail.
