Can't compete with wing walking - just a very lonely soccer pitch. Long story but the teams that used to play here moved out a few years back and now just the goal posts remain. A few minutes after I took this shot the rains came so what was already green is now even greener!  Tony |

This is a still life of hiking equipment Pete, great shot! I really like how you composed your still life -- the hiking equipment on the steps, the steps going diagonally across the frame, the play of light and shadows.
As a side note, -- it looks a lot like my hiking equipment (minus the buttons on the cap).

Many folks wouldn't consider photography a sport. I certainly think of it as a sport about half of the time. This is one of those times. Pete, you were definitely thinking out of the box here. Great composition (with the photographer naturally framed by the two cacti). In addition, great DOF, sharp details. |
