This is "London Bridge" (I took this photo in 2006), or what's left of it, on the Great Ocean Road on Victoria's south coast. Originally there were two arches but the main arch collapsed into the water in 1990 leaving 2 people stranded on the rock formation to the right. They were rescued 3 hours later by helicopter.
