I had to look this plant up as I had never heard of it! Did a nice job on the focus, how many images did you use? I have tried focus stacking a few times....need to remember to try again.

Thanks, Judy. I think I only used about 4 images.....I did like the result though. Now you make me want to using more.

Hi blackmutt & hmca (and anyone else interested for that matter ),
There are many free and paid DOF calculator apps available. I have one on my phone I downloaded from Google Play.
They all calculate Depth Of Field for a given aperture, focal length and subject distance from the camera. If you know the DOF for your set up, it can help you determine how many images you will need.
